I've got dripping tap in the kitchen since some months ago, so should have to
repair it. It has been already known that dripping from tap was caused by
a cartridge inside mixing tap, therefore it did not take long after
checking product's model number of my house's. The cartridge was dispatched immediately by Amazon.co.jp, so I could make an exchange cartridge
that was out of order last night for one hour or so. According to KVK's
homepage, suppling water instruments in Japan, model KM550Y had been sold for
9 years (2003-2012), so very long terms. I hope brands dealing with water
instrument, like shower bath, sink or washstand, sell products for long
periods as long as they can. In that kind of meaning, KVK is the best and
most conscientious in Japan, isn't it!
