その店は繁華街から隔てた住宅街に、ひっそりと佇んでいた。外観は小料理店のようだが、扉をあけて入ってみると、広い板の間と太い柱と梁が料亭の雰囲気を醸し出していた。女将によれば、ここはかつて旅館だったそうで、料亭と勘違いした理由に納得がいった。席に着き、運ばれてくる女将お勧めの料理を口に含むと、魚介そのものの素材の旨み、新鮮ゆえの歯ごたえ、舌ざわりを感じないわけにはいかない。この店を出てから、遠い過去の創作と称して流行の奇をてらう濃い味付けの訳は、材料の鮮度を誤魔化しているのではないだろうかと思えてくる。純朴な料理の素材は鮮度が命であるということを、改めて思い知らしめてくらる料理店であった。

御勝手口を入り口だと思い込んでいたら、奥まったところに暖簾が見える。

A Way Of Preventing From Tick

Tochigi Swimming Meeting at Oyama

The 1st Tochigi Swimming Meet in Spring took place at Oyama Onsui Swimming Pool on 19th May. There were so few participation that we had to swim 25-meters pool had 6 courses. People was warming up in 50-meters pool in dark.

No development nor progression in my recording time, there was only retreat. I had experienced considering whether it will be needed drastic movement of practice or anything.

VOLKSWAGEN RELEASED NEW AMAZING ECOLOGICAL 1 LITTER PRODUCTION CAR "XL1"

According to response.jp, Volkswagen released new amazing super ecological car XL1. I have been waiting extremely ecological car like this. Volkswagen XL1 runs over 100 kilometers by 1 litter diesel fuel. Can you believe? So where can I buy this car? Volkswagen will make just only 500 cars. Unfortunately not available in Japan.
Good points: Rear tires covering have similarity with the first Honda Insight, contribute reduction of air resistance. Driving 50 kilometers only plug-in electrical motor. All carbon body weights less than 800 kilograms.
