本日、１月２５日午後６時３０分頃、大田原佐久山道路の百村川の橋上にて、190,000km走行を達成しました。そのまま、いつものイエローハット大田原店に駆け込み、オイル＆オイルフィルター交換をて実施してもらいました。

This drove me to take on my very first race at the Takaharayama Triathlon in the summer of 2012, at 45 years old. Now, I’m constantly pushing my middle-aged body to its limits—struggling and sweating it out in the pool, on the treadmill, and on the exercise bike."
