"22nd Takaharayama Triathlon Meeting at Yaita in Japan 2014"2014年 第22回たかはらやまトライアスロン大会"
It became the hottest day in summer meeting in 2014. After getting of the bike I was stacking it for the heat cramps of the thigh at the 2 km's area and had been given icing measures by the real cold ice from the aid volunteer staff. Thanks to you so much, so I was able to run the whole 10 km distance safely. Thank you, thank you very much. Then the handmade curry and rice by the volunteer staff after the game are delicious in best‼.
今年も暑い夏の大会になりました。ラン２km地点では太腿の熱痙攣でスタックしていたところ、ボランティアのエイドスタッフさんから、氷によるアイシング処置を施していただきました。おかげで無事完走することができました。大変ありがとうございました。それから試合後の、ボランティアスタッフによる手作りカレーライスは最高‼に旨いです。
