脳梗塞から２週間が経ち、左によろついたり、突然倒れたりしますが、散歩する元気が沸いてきたようです。そして声も出せるようになりました。

It wasn't just that the London Olympics triathlon footage deeply inspired me; I also felt a strong calling to get active and leave behind a proud legacy for my kids. This drove me to take on my very first race at the Takaharayama Triathlon in the summer of 2012, at 45 years old. Now, I’m constantly pushing my middle-aged body to its limits—struggling and sweating it out in the pool, on the treadmill, and on the exercise bike."

餌を自分で食べれるようになってからは、かなり元気を取り戻してくれました。頭が左に傾いていますが、これって後遺症かも。
